Freelance Friends, a platform I co-founded, connects like-minded freelancers from all over the world. Since 2022, the brand has grown to provide a range of services, including online workshops, accountability groups, in-person meetups, and one-on-one assistance, catering to the diverse needs of freelancers.
As Co-Founder, I have had a significant role in the development and growth of the company.
I built the website using WordPress and utilised services such as Elementor, RankMath (for SEO), and WPForms for contact and surveys. We have also integrated Stripe for payment processing.
More recently I have implemented a jobs board into the site using Carrd, Airtable and Basefront.
My favourite offering of Freelance Friends is our Morning Accountability Groups which I have run since February 2024. Each morning at 8am we host a space on Zoom for 30 minutes for freelancers to get together and discuss their intentions for the day.
